FLS Fairing Block

To assist with installation and save labour, EchoPilot now offer a fairing block for mounting the professional transducer vertically in the hull.

Cast in polyurethane with a guide flange (which may be removed afterward) the block maybe cut on a bandsaw to the required angle of deadrise.

Depening on the thickness of the hull, the fairing block can compensate for angles of up to 25 degrees.

If required, the block can be drilled for anti rotation bolts for increased strength.

EchoPilot can also produce, to special order, fairing blocks with no hole cored out for use with transducers from other manufacturers.

Fls Technology, how it works...

OTHER SOUNDERS ARE HISTORY! Most vertical depth sounders show a depth which is an average of what is behind the boat. At EchoPilot we believed that most boat owners would prefer to see hazardous obstructions in front of them!!
