Shipping and Handling:

We do not charge a handling fee and only charge actual UPS standard ground shipping on orders for items going to addresses within the United States. Sorry, we ship only to addresses within the United States.

Sales Tax:

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside of Ohio, but we are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Ohio.

Warranty:

Our products are new and carry the full manufacturer's warranty.

Returns:

Regular priced unopened items may be returned for a refund, less original shipping charges (and sales tax if the item was originally shipped to an Ohio address), so long as the item is returned via prepaid UPS and insured for the original purchase price to: TechniLab LLC, 1799 West 5th Ave., #209, Columbus, Oh 43212; and a valid UPS tracking number is emailed to sales@technilabco.com within 7 calender days of the documented UPS delivery date to the original customer. Sale priced items are deeply discounted and are generally not returnable.
